About RRA Gallery
RRA Gallery was established in Apeldoorn, the Netherlands, in 2019. The name is the foundation of everything: Raw Refined Art.
Every artist we represent begins from a place of genuine individual necessity — a story that must be told, a visual language that could not belong to anyone else. That rawness is never polished away. It is not a starting point to be overcome. It is the foundation on which everything is built. What refinement brings is mastery: the technical command, the considered execution, the singular material intelligence that transforms deeply personal vision into work of lasting significance.
This is the thread that connects every artist in our programme. Not a shared aesthetic. Not a movement or a trend. A shared commitment to making work that is honest, unmistakable and built to endure.
How We Choose
In a market saturated with decorative and trend-driven work, RRA Gallery has consistently chosen a different path. We represent artists who do not follow movements — they create from within. Each has developed a body of work with clear artistic integrity, a distinctive process and a narrative that collectors can feel as much as see.
We do not curate by style. We curate by truth.
The works in our programme are priced between €1.000 and €20.000 — a range that reflects both the seriousness of the work and our commitment to making meaningful art accessible to a broad and discerning collector base.
How We Work
We believe the most powerful moment in the relationship between art and collector is not transaction — it is recognition. The moment a person stands before a work and understands, without explanation, that it speaks directly to them.
Our artists are present. At fairs, at openings, at collector meetings. They speak about their own work because no intermediary tells a story as powerfully as the person who made it.
We have been building collector relationships and presenting work to live audiences for more than seven years. That experience lives in how we hang a show, how we hold a conversation, how we know when to speak and when to let the work do the talking.
Where We Are Going
RRA Gallery has always been a gallery in motion — growing deliberately, expanding thoughtfully and never moving faster than the quality of the work allows.
The foundation we have built through years of active presence at accessible art fairs — including the Affordable Art Fair — remains an important and valued part of who we are.
What grows now is our reach. We are currently expanding our fair presence to include leading international contexts — among them Enter Art Fair, Art Düsseldorf, Contemporary Istanbul and Art Basel — bringing to these stages the same curatorial depth, artistic integrity and direct personal approach that has defined RRA Gallery from the beginning.
This is not a reinvention. It is a natural progression — the next stage of a gallery that has always known where it was going.

RRA Gallery is based in Apeldoorn, the Netherlands. Our physical space is open by appointment — a deliberate choice that allows every visit to be a real conversation rather than a passing moment.
